It is now possible to remotely access Powerwall or Tesla Solar Inverter systems via the Device Setup interface in Powerhub. This feature allows support personnel to change settings and/or troubleshoot a system directly. To allow support personnel to change system settings, Remove Service Access must be enabled.
In the Tesla app, tap 'Support' at the bottom of your energy system home screen. On the Support screen, tap 'Schedule Service' on the Service section at the top. Note: 'Schedule Service' is only visible after we have determined that your Powerwall requires service. On the Confirm Appointment screen, review the date, time and service duration.
