Hours and Important Info Forres Recycling Centre plays a crucial role in the Moray community by offering recycling and waste disposal. It's set to reopen on July 20th after being closed for four months because of Covid-19. Now, it will be open from 10 am every day, making it easier for everyone to recycle responsibly.
Here are simple instructions: Start from the main roundabout towards the centre. Keep an eye on signs for the recycling area. Watch for the entrance to the centre. Following these steps helps you find the centre easily. It supports the use of Moray's recycling for good waste management.
There will be no acceptance of any materials which have originated from outside of Moray. Residents disposing of their own household waste in a van, pick-up or trailer (see form for more details) should present a completed Household Waste Declaration Form (PDF) to a Site Attendant before being granted entry to our Recycling Centres.
The Forres Recycling Centre works hard to welcome everyone. It offers: Special parking for blue badge holders. Help from staff for those who need it. Access for visitors with mobility issues. However, watch out for steps or uneven ground. Being aware makes your visit easier. Enjoy a trouble-free time at the recycling centre.
